The signing and plaque-unveiling commemorative ceremony with the National Engineering Research Center for Deep Processing of Non-Metallic Minerals, Xianyang Non-Metallic Mineral Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and the School of Mechanical Engineering of Guangxi University was a milestone event for the company. The successful holding of this plaque-unveiling ceremony would not have been possible without the hard work and selfless dedication of all employees. Therefore, the company decided to reward employees who performed exceptionally well. On June 27, 2022, Guilin Raytek Machinery Co., Ltd. held an award ceremony for employees who performed outstandingly during the plaque-unveiling ceremony. The award ceremony was hosted by Li Bin, head of the Production Department. General Manager Qin Zhengwen and Executive Vice General Manager Tan Kaiqiang attended, and all employees participated. First, the host expressed gratitude for everyone’s hard work during this period. In preparation for the plaque-unveiling ceremony, everyone paid close attention to 3S management, making the on-site production environment clean, standardized, and orderly, setting a benchmark that it is hoped will continue to be maintained. Then Mr. Tan delivered a speech, stating that this event demonstrated everyone’s united spirit and courage to make breakthroughs, leaving a deep impression on all guests. However, this was only the beginning. If we want to achieve our goals, we must continue to carry forward this spirit. Finally, Mr. Qin delivered a speech, first thanking everyone for their contributions to the company, for not being afraid of difficulties, and for working together to successfully complete the plaque-unveiling ceremony. Zeng Xiangsheng, Assistant to the General Manager, took the lead and was always at the forefront of the on-site work for the plaque-unveiling ceremony. He led employees in painting the exterior walls and reorganizing the workshop layout, working until 3:00 a.m. He also fearlessly climbed heights to trim dense branches and actively contacted suppliers for various materials and resources needed at the event site, laying the foundation for the smooth holding of the event.
As the person in charge of production, Li Bin led by example in building a 3S workshop production site. He coordinated production personnel to organize and tidy up the workshop environment, working and resting together with everyone. Through the joint efforts of all, the workshop was completely refreshed.
Manager Huang from the Human Resources Department, as the overall coordinator of the entire event, worked with great dedication to ensure the smooth progress of the event. She made detailed task assignments for the plaque-unveiling ceremony, actively coordinated resources from all sides, consistently maintained overall control of the event progress, and carefully arranged the event site, ultimately ensuring the complete success of the plaque-unveiling ceremony.
Liang Jiayu, the person in charge of logistics, ensured that sufficient materials were available for the plaque-unveiling ceremony. The work was tedious and complicated, requiring extreme carefulness to avoid any omissions. Liang Jiayu worked diligently without complaint, considered everything thoroughly, and handled the logistics work for the plaque-unveiling ceremony in an orderly manner.
Workshop masters Liang Rongsheng, Wen Xiaoqiang, Tang Jianhua, and Mo Shufa were proactive and never complained while organizing the workshop environment. They worked overtime until 3:00 a.m., and through everyone’s joint efforts, the workshop was put in perfect order and looked completely renewed. Master Liang also made use of his photography skills by actively taking photos and videos on site, providing valuable visual materials for this event.
Sales Manager Jiang Chao actively contacted customers to attend this plaque-unveiling ceremony, warmly received customers on site, guided them on factory tours, and introduced new products and new machine models in detail, making customers feel truly at home.
Salesperson Li Chunyun actively took on the task of picking up and dropping off guests, frequently traveling between the airport, railway station, and company. Sacrificing personal time, Li Chunyun sent guests to their destinations without complaint at any time.
