On May 16, 2022, General Manager Qin and Executive Vice General Manager Tan of our company went deep into the assembly workshop to conduct an on-site inspection of the newly assembled new-generation pendulum grinding mill HD1900B. Mr. Tan stated that every aspect of the product should strive to meet the technical design requirements. He also put forward rectification instructions, directing the Quality Inspection Department that product quality is the foundation of an enterprise’s survival, and efforts should be made to eliminate quality problems within the factory. Mr. Tan graduated in 1983 from Guangxi University with a major in Mechanical Manufacturing. He is an expert of the China Non-metallic Minerals Expert Committee and a member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Mineral Products and Products (SAC/TC406). The HD1900B new-generation pendulum grinding mill, independently innovated and developed by the team led by Mr. Tan, has broken through the capacity bottleneck of pendulum grinding mills, with the maximum single-machine processing capacity reaching up to 30 tons per hour. The new-generation HD1900B pendulum grinding mill is a best-selling product innovated and optimized by Guilin Raytek Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, and high cost performance. The output of the HD1900B pendulum grinding mill is comparable to that of the traditional large Raymond grinding mill HD2150, but its installed power is 25% lower than that of the HD2150 model, and the energy consumption per ton of powder produced is reduced by 25%. Based on one production shift per day (8 hours), it can save about RMB 130,000 in electricity costs per year.
