- Guilin Raytek Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. “Discussion Meeting on the Implementation of Value Standards”
This activity was hosted by Manager Huang from the Human Resources Department, attended by General Manager Qin, and participated in by employee representatives from various departments. On the first day of the activity, the discussion was mainly carried out around “self-reflection.” Members of each group first reflected on the problems existing in their own work, conducted self-analysis, and made corrections. Afterwards, each group discussed the problems existing in the company’s operation process, summarized and categorized them, listed them one by one, and put forward corresponding solutions. This not only solved practical problems in daily work, but also enabled everyone to reflect on themselves, identify the problems in their own work, and then address them accordingly.
On the second day, the activity mainly carried out value discussions from four dimensions: “customers, employees, management, and team.” Employees actively put forward suggestions and proposed creative ideas based on their own positions, providing valuable insights for the formation of our corporate values. After continuous refinement and simplification, the company finally formed core corporate values centered on “Pursuit of Excellent Quality, Customer First, Dutiful and Responsible, Learning and Innovation, Courage to Take Responsibility, and Sincere Unity.” Holding onto the original intention of providing customers with Guilin Raytek’s high-quality Raymond grinding mills, we continue to learn, innovate, and improve service awareness, striving tirelessly for the happy development of our customers. This discussion meeting also received guidance and sharing from General Manager Qin of Guilin Jintianxia Tourism Industry. Everyone listened attentively, thought actively, and spoke enthusiastically, creating a very lively atmosphere on site.
After two days and two nights of in-depth discussion, everyone jointly participated in developing corporate values, along with their interpretations and action plans, that match the company’s development. In the future, all employees of the company will act in accordance with Raytek’s corporate values and strive hard to realize the material and spiritual well-being of all employees!
