This production line adopts three types of equipment from our company: a three-stage digester (equipped with a water-bath dust collector), an air classifier, and an integrated grinding and classifying machine, with an output of 20–25 tons per hour. In order to ensure production capacity and the stability of finished product quality, it is recommended that the underburned and overburned rate of quicklime (calcium oxide) raw materials be less than 10%, and that the moisture content of the finished powder be controlled within 0.5%–2%.
At present, the underburned and overburned rate of the quicklime (calcium oxide) raw materials used by this enterprise is greater than 25%. After digestion in the digester (without adding any activators or chemical agents), the activity can reach about 280–320, and the specific surface area is about 15–18. After extraction by our company’s air classification equipment, the purity and whiteness of the finished calcium hydroxide powder with a fineness of 325 mesh are both greater than 90%, which is superior to national and industry standards and can meet all requirements for putty powder grade and industrial grade calcium hydroxide. At present, the production line is operating stably, and dust emissions meet both national and local environmental protection standards.
